Let's Talk About Your Water

The fastest way to contact NanoSWIM is the form below, and the fastest way to get a useful answer is to tell us about your pool while you are there. We are a water treatment supplier based in Bergen, Norway, and we would rather tell you honestly that nanobubbles are the wrong fit for your facility than sell you a system that disappoints you.

Send us a message

What to send us so we can answer properly

A generic enquiry gets a generic reply. Five details are enough for us to size a system, sanity-check the economics and tell you whether this is worth a meeting at all:

  • Pool volume in cubic metres, or length, width and average depth if that is easier.
  • Turnover rate — how long your circulation takes to pass the full volume through treatment.
  • Current chemical spend per year. This is the single number that decides whether the case closes.
  • Indoor or outdoor. Indoor halls have an air-quality problem outdoor pools simply do not.
  • Facility type — private pool, hotel or spa, public aquatic facility, industrial process water or aquaculture.

No figures to hand? Send what you have. We will tell you what else we need rather than guessing.

Request a quote

To request a quote for water treatment, pick "Request a quote" as the subject and add the details above. You will get a written proposal covering equipment, installation and running cost over five years — not a purchase price with the consumables left off. If it helps to look at the range first, see the products.

Book a demo

A demo is the shortest route from scepticism to a decision. We show the system running, walk through the measurements it produces, and answer the awkward questions in person. If you want proof before you commit an hour, see references first.

Arrange a site visit

For anything larger than a domestic pool, we would rather come and look. A site visit covers your plant room, flow rate, available space and power, and ends with a straight answer on whether a retrofit is simple, difficult or not worth doing.

Where to find us

NanoSWIM AS is at Langenesvegen 34, 5258 Blomsterdalen, just south of Bergen and a few minutes from the airport. Visits are by appointment, so please arrange one first rather than dropping in. The office is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET, and enquiries that arrive outside those hours are answered the next working day.

What happens after you get in touch

No call centre, no drip campaign, no sales sequence.

  • We reply within one working day

A real answer from someone who has read your message, not an automated acknowledgement.

  • We ask what is missing

Usually volume, turnover rate or annual chemical spend. Two or three questions, not a discovery call.

  • You get an honest assessment

Including when your facility is better served by keeping what you already have.

  • Then a demo, a site visit or a written quote

Whichever actually helps you decide. You choose the next step, not us.

Common questions before you get in touch

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day for anything sent Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET. Messages arriving over a weekend are answered on Monday.
Do you only work with customers in Norway?
No. We are based in Bergen and Norwegian projects are the easiest for us to support directly, but we supply internationally and work with partners outside Norway. Tell us where the facility is and we will say plainly what level of on-site support we can commit to.
Can you quote without visiting?
For a private pool, usually yes — volume, turnover rate and a couple of photos of the plant room are often enough. For a commercial or municipal facility we would rather visit first, because plant-room constraints have a habit of changing the answer.
I just have a technical question. Is that a waste of your time?
Not at all, and you may not need to write at all — the FAQ answers most of them already. If it is not there, ask us. We answer technical questions from people who never buy anything, because that is how a small industry builds a reputation.

Tell us about your pool

Volume, turnover rate and what you spend on chemicals in a year. That is enough for us to come back with something useful — including a straight no if that is the right answer.
