Pro is the specification for commercial pool water treatment where the plant runs continuously and bather load is heavy. The step up from the standard Pool System is capacity and build: a higher rated flow and SS 316L rather than SS 304, which is the sensible material choice for a facility that never really stops.
That combination matters most in swim halls, aquatic centres, water parks, therapy pools and hotel pools with genuine throughput — the sites where chloramines, hall air quality and ventilation load turn into an operating cost rather than a comfort complaint.
Public-sector buyers ask a different set of questions from private ones: which regulations the installation satisfies, what is documented, how results are logged, and who is accountable. We keep that on NS-EN 15288 and Norwegian pool regulations, written as a buyer’s checklist you can apply to any supplier rather than a list of our own claims.
For the procurement process specifically, public aquatic facilities is written for municipal specification.
The case for Pro is rarely the chemical bill alone. It is the chemical bill plus ventilation load, plus corrosion of fixtures and ductwork, plus complaints and staff exposure. Those indirect effects are real but harder to invoice, so treat them as upside and build the business case on the chemical and energy lines you can measure.
A documented outcome: reference: 85% less chlorine. When comparing quotes, ask every supplier for total cost over five years including consumables and energy on your actual pool volume — and compare all products before assuming the largest model is the right one.
Four numbers let us answer properly instead of sending a brochure: water volume, circulation flow rate (or turnover time), whether the installation is indoor or outdoor, and your current treatment and chemical spend.
With those we can confirm whether this system is the right size, whether it is a straightforward retrofit, and what it will cost to run over five years — including telling you when a different model, or none at all, is the better answer. Request a quote.
Send us your water volume, circulation flow rate and current setup and we will confirm whether this is the right size — or point you at a different model in the range.
